For start staking you need to unlock wallet (you can do it for staking only procedure) after you set a password. So for any manipulation with you coins in the wallet other than staking you need  type the password. The staking works on unlocked wallet only. After you send coins to anybody your wallet automatically locked and you need unlock it again

Just for info, the POS % per year is not 200%, you can calculate the stake value , you only get 100% per year... I'm staking quite a few coins and all running on a Spread sheet Calculator.

I do have the same problem as with the others here, after my computer got a blue screen of death error and a restart it is no longer staking only says out of sync. I will try this approach here and will let the others know if this worked or not. Thanks again for this valuable information.

Nobody knows - it's probability procces. As said in the OP TOKC has 200% annualy of POS but the part of each participant is changing so estimation of your own reward is enough difficult
