You can`t mine it. The only one way to get it for free is to buy some coins and wait for POS. If you haven`t coins - you can`t get anything without buying.

Sometimes it cost was about 1-3 sat, and as i remember - max price was about 115 sat. It looks like that you have just to believe and wait untill Tokyo Games will come.
