Thanks for the heads up Holy!
This one was fairly simple for us. A previously banned user returning on a new account.
They've been banned on several accounts prior to this one. The reason is fraud.
We have a zero tolerance policy for this activity, especially when it targets our customers.
The same will happen every time you return OP. You are not welcome on Rollbit!
From this response and the story given by the Op I seem to understand something very clear here now: either this same person or their family members are to some point not just using Rollbit for placing bets of any kind; they might be placing a few bets, but they are mainly targeting Rollbit customers either through begging for tips or tying to scam and defraud them, whatever means they might be using to do that.
From the OP's story, there was never a deposit, but rather a tip from another customer, who is an existing member of Rollbit, and immediately after that tip was sent, the OP tried to withdraw the funds down to his personal wallet or account (whichever was the case, maybe).
All I sense here is just fraud, manipulation, and extortion from victims who might not know what they are up to. If the account is banned forever, it will be better if the funds could be returned to the person who sent it to the Op in the first place, as they might not know they have sent money to someone trying to outsmart them.
