People here are just speculators or commentators and they just give an opinion also suggestions on your case.

Since their are answers has been provided then I guess its better for you to try those suggestions.

You need to contact their live support. That’s the only way you can unbanned your account in there. I was active on this casino few months ago and they have responsive support including exclusive VIP manager.

You maybe verify using fake identity or something that will trigger their system that you are faking your KYC.

Coins.game representative hasn't made any post here for more than a year. So, I doubt you will get any response here. Submitting a complaint on Askgamblers or CasinoGuru is the best option for you now. Because CoinsGame team is active in those mediators.

I won't say the percentage is that high. But you are right that most of the scam accusations are invalid. They just try to milk the casino or they are abusing themself. The scam accusation thread creator never presented the whole story. They come up with a story that will make them look like they are a victim of the scam. But the reality is, they never tell you that they actually violated some rules of the casino. Suppose the VPN usage is not allowed; they will never tell you that they have used a VPN. They will never tell you that his family members or his friends were using the same internet to play on the same platform.

Well, I had forgotten about that thread. He was able to get the attention and support of forum members for a full member rank account with positive feedback. I had doubts about him once or twice, but I thought he was genuine as most of his accusation got resolved eventually.

I would like to say it in a different way. The accusations are real, but it comes from the abusers 60-70% of the time. I have seen a good number of accusations here to get resolved without getting any pressure from the community members.

Most of accusations are invalid, however different online casinos have different business sizes, reputation and they have very different numbers of accusations and rates of invalid accusations as well. I had a quick play with data in the past on this matter, you can read it there.
