We do have our own will on which even if our parents dont mind us or able to tell us on whats good or bad but with having that common sense and own will, be surely be able to tell us whether these things will really be giving out that kind of negative or positive results. You are very right @EarnOnVictor, while I was growing up, I also had a very tight childhood which my guardian didn't give me that privilege to even associate with friends that was not of decent background and that made me never to involve in any kind of life threatening activities.
