as the main concern it the topic itself, which is if the two accounts are connected, because if yes, then you're abusing the two signature campaigns.

I don't even found they both apply in the same campaign or they ever participated in the same campaign. They both participating in signature campaigns, but two different campaigns, so technically they don't abuse it.
The thing they abuse is participating the merit event by fillippone, but unfortunately I don't found the rule of forbidding alt accounts.
I tried looking at the tags on the account the OP was referring to. The campaign abuse in question may be related to the @Richbased account that has been tagged as @agbamoni's alt account. @Richbased also joined the Rollbit campaign, as did @Stablexcoin.
You might want to look at how this has been the case in the past,
Since Richbased locked his thread....There are 3 accounts linked to @agbamoni, Plus @Stablexcoin, and all of them seem to have a history of posting in @fillippone's Merit thread.
Regarding the alt rules in that thread, OP just said this,
BOARD IS COMPULSORY. CHEATING ON THE BOARD AUTOMATICALLY GRANT YOU IGNORE + DISTRUST.
The evidence of posting errors is not strong enough as a reference to link accounts. Unless there is other, more solid supporting evidence.
OP has done his job, at least what he expressed can be a positive attention for @fillippone to be more aware of cheating in his thread.
