If you stand by your statement that this was simply a misunderstanding and not a scam, prove it by compensating everyone affected user and nnot just the one person who speak in public.
No one else complained about this yet except you. So, we can assume that most of the users are already aware of this from the beginning. Otherwise, some of them accepted the changes normally by knowing about it from the support. The information of terms or FAQ pages are indeed very important for a casino, those are considered as the constitution of the casino. Users consider the information of FAQ page as a valid source. It was a great mistake from DuckDice team to not update the information when they made the changes.

Now I would like to suggest you to create a topic in DuckDice forum about this and ask for the feedback from other users. If you want to raise your voice for the other users of the casino, then you have to do it in their community first. We will see that what the other users say there. BTW, I can see that DuckDice team has already updated their FAQ page information.

Updates on complaint against duckdice at Askgamblers site =>
DDuckdice didn't replied to the complaint on Askgamblers, and the complaint is closed while marked unresolved as can be seen in screenshot.

Their casino ranking score will drop every time they don't respond to an Askgambler issue created by a user. It's like they don't even bother responding to any complaint over there. I want to ask if you tried to create a similar issue on CasinoGuru

BTW, currently I can't see any reason to support your flag. Because you are the only one who has complained about this. And DuckDice team have given you a little bonus as compensation. And you can easily do the same wager with this amount which you did with the deposit bonus model.

There is a lot of reasons to support the flag against duckdice, this is not I am the only one who give me a little a bonus and called it settled, This is about I was the one who find it out, I didn't come straight here to complaint, I sent them couple of times PMs in April told them to correct it, Instead of working on it, I was told to stop making accusations and I was muted when I raise the concern in chat (As they didn't wanted anyone to know this). duckdice admit that the ToS was out dated and they misguided users and refunded me 25$ instead of 20$.

but the refund to me is not the solution, they knowingly run the deposit bonus with the same ToS for months and SCAMMED hundreds if not thousands of users.

This is not the first time duckdice missleaded with bonuses if you read the link I posted you will know that they have attempted earlier too

they should now fairly tread all users as they refunded me they should refund the users who have claimed deposit bonuses in last couple of months as per their Statement and not only me as I was the one who complained.

this is like run a scam on a site with at least 400 players online at a time and once someone catch you refund him and leave the rest who is scammed. is this what you mean?

duckdice should promise that they will never do the Silent abuse with hiden ToS.

Sorry for the lengthy reply & I know there is still some ToS that is still misleading, I have sent it to the admin and looking forward he will soon fix it, or I will post it here. and I don't know if you will support me or not but I will post it.

Actually it was becouse you said that the issue is now solved since they paid me extras, also the nutildah and the Casino Guru emailed me and told me that the casinos have right over the bonuses to give it or take it,

So Yeah I decided to move on
