Maybe you should look into it if there is any issue with it on your website. You should not be confused about it, as it is your website, I had to check again, and it is still the same. Maybe I should upload a screenshot of it for you to see the exact option I am talking about, so you could get my point here.
You can see the arrow in green color pointing towards the live support option, which is the option I am talking about, and I have tried it again before replying to you now. I do not know where the fault is, as other options are clickable and viewable, and I have tried them all one after another to know if they are all functioning, and all of them are, but only the live support is not responding like the other options. Maybe I will keep trying to see if it will come up.

I tried it myself, the live support is clickable as live support chat popped up in the right side of the screen once I clicked it.
It works both with and without login, high possibility is that the issue is on your end.
Whether it is your browser or something else, so better to try with different browser or at least clear the cache of your current browser.
