Yes, that’s an outdated terms page that we never actually used.. None of that documentation is relevant or accurate anymore. You’ll notice it mentions btc-ordinals. Will have that removed.

You should not be confused about it, as it is your website, I had to check again, and it is still the same. Maybe I should upload a screenshot of it for you to see the exact option I am talking about, so you could get my point here.



You can see the arrow in green color pointing towards the live support option, which is the option I am talking about, and I have tried it again before replying to you now. I do not know where the fault is, as other options are clickable and viewable, and I have tried them all one after another to know if they are all functioning, and all of them are, but only the live support is not responding like the other options. Maybe I will keep trying to see if it will come up.

Those are good information that you've shared that you've been there already for 2 years and if true that none of your users have been asked for KYC.
