Building a unique Casino game from scratch. What features do you want?

Let's be realistic, there are already dozens if not hundreds of casinos out there and it is you that may have to come up with a unique selling point to really distinguish yourselves or simply try to carve out a piece of the pie which will likely require throwing huge amounts of money at it. If I was starting fresh these days, I'd probably target one small game like dice and try to create a unique spin on it, maybe have 3 different games running that you specialize in. After you build up a reasonable user base, you could try to expand further because you'd have enough capital behind you to grow. All of the things you've mentioned and likely others here have too, are already available across many other sites.

Realistically speaking as a gambler, it’s very hard to share even the smallest part if you will start fresh using few games especially the original games since most of the gamblers these days preferred slot games despite how low the RTP is.

Popular casino offers a complete package of games including bonuses and VIP. It’s very hard to compete with them anymore using limited games and small bonuses since most of the competitors invest tons of money on their website including the bankroll. OP idea of starting fresh will surely very hard to execute or if ever he manage to create a unique game then other casino will simply just copy it and offer as original games with few variations.

Many casinos started with just one game, back in the day dice, plinko, and crash were unique games, and after starting with one soon after we would see other games added one by one. So Fortify has a good suggestion, one or more original games with a unique spin on them, or some totally new original game can attract people. And if things go well and the site gains some user base, other games will be added easily. I guess it would be a "cheaper" way to start compared to starting with lots of games, big funds for marketing, and various promotions, not to mention the need for a huge bankroll to be there to attract whales.

The OP mentioned that he is going to launch something within days of creating this thread, so we are still waiting to see what he is up to...

It takes hard and smart work to launch new things in making casinos, especially with the many already running casinos. The owner must be able to think about what they must do to attract many customers. They can add new things that have never existed in other casinos to attract their customers.

Reducing or adding games can be done after the casino is launched and it will be considered an update to the casino. What is important is how they can provide better service than other casinos. Gamblers will feel a different service if the owner can provide the best for his customers.

When everything is running, the owner must carry out promotions to develop the business. This is to be able to get more customers. In addition, existing services must be further improved.

It should be obvious by now that whatever the OP planned for their casino never really worked out or they are bogged in a myriad of problems they did not considered before, which should not be unexpected, because it is easy to imagine yourself doing something but when you actually try it, you find yourself facing a lot of problems you never imagined that were there, so it is fair to assume the idea behind this casino died before seeing the light of the day.

yeah maybe it is mate , though sometimes when we are expecting something good but all of a sudden did not come feels sadness as from day 1 i though that they will bring something new for the gamblers.

yeah maybe he gave up about the plans or maybe their plans did not come to what they are expected and with that in mind generating capital is the biggest problem as they need to lure investors before beginning this project.

I can't imagine what kind of new things must be added when they create a new casino, because obviously with promos or bonuses they will definitely be added. Apart from that, this requires hard work, in fact I don't think they can do it alone, of course they need other people who are experts in their field, as you said by attracting lots of customers or marketing. This clearly must be paid attention to, and of course it is not easy to attract other people or get many people interested in the new casino that is being created.

with that service, that's for sure, because all casinos will definitely provide the best service to each of their customers because that will make them comfortable and trust the casino they are going to. because this also determines the reputation of the casino itself, if they provide bad service it may give their customers a bad reputation. Apart from that, in my opinion building a casino is not an easy thing, there are many aspects that must be taken into account and must be considered carefully, because this is clearly a business.

I’m not sure you actually went though the conversation or thread but rather you got just a paragraph of my post and decided to act on it but sincerely, the conversation  wasn’t just about casino developers or owners but rather about a casino seeking opinions from potential customers and the users were already suggesting for them not to have KYC on their early stage and also stay transparent and I was actually telling users to take things easy with these guys as they’re actually trying to balance the demands of these regulatory bodies with the demands of the customers which you’ll agree with me that, it’s not always an easy task.

This is crazy actually, we can't blame op for not making sure that the games in question is launched. Maybe it could be as a result of unavailability of fund that has halted the progress of the casino games he planned to launch since. I think op need to disclose some information which has halted the progress the progress of the games so that we could be of help if he needed one to enhance the progress of the game. I think he thought that this could be done within some couples of days without knowing that there will be obstacles that will inhibit the progress of the game.

Buying a domain name, thinking of the concept or putting up the site online is quite easy. However, one of the major bottlenecks in this kind of business is the capital. Without enough numbers in their vault, it can easily stop their plans as it is hard to implement things without budget. Let alone sustain the site in the long term. Also, to gain the confidence of the players, they should see that there's bankroll to pay the winning bets. If they will start having withdrawal problems, their effort of setting-up this business will not pay off.

Not so, if we do speak that you do have the capital but still not able to think up on how you would be able to know on what to put up or simply with those planning and other factors on which makes the business that profitable or something that calls about success. Everything should really be that working in right way but one thing that we do really want to see or look is that on having some unique games that we havent been able to see in the market, because if we do really tend to look around then we do have tons of similar games on which casinos are really that offering into on which you could be able to say that it is really that indeed saturated on this part on which offers are really just that the same or those games on which it is really that indeed boring. When it comes to features then everything is really that available already here on the market.

This is why building up something new and having some new ideas or having that uniqueness will really be that a challenge specially to those who do have plans on running or making up this business.
If you do really tend to look up around almost is already that available on which you cant think off on what are the things which are lacking. This is why competition goes really that high because
innovation and other changes or gimmicks might really be that coming up if ever someone thinks off. Being first in the industry will really be always having that advantage.

Totally agree.

Nothing wrong with halting the process if the funds aren't there, however, if there is passion - something will come out of it eventually.
