Issue with Freebitco.in Withdrawal – Need Help

Hello everyone,

I requested a withdrawal of 0.0277 BTC from Freebitco.in on August 10, 2025. I confirmed the withdrawal by clicking the email verification link, and it showed as successful. However, until now (9 days later) the BTC has not been sent to my wallet.

I have emailed support@freebitco.in several times, but I haven’t received any reply.

It looks like this issue has been rampant of late, and you are not the only one who has faced this issue of delayed withdrawals. There is something up with Freebitco.in and unfortunately, the people behind the casino have not bothered to give us any update about what is going on.

If you have any other plans of using that platform, I would suggest you avoid playing there at the moment to avoid potentially losing more funds.

Don't you think the best place to post this should be their Ann thread so that they can respond to you as quickly as possible than creating a topic over here concerning this issue, although there is nothing wrong but to get more attention it could had been better you sort it out through their Ann thread, except their representatives is not active to respond to important issues. If I could remembered correctly, similar issues has been raised before and I didn't took any records how it was resolved but I believed something most be done in other reduced the claims.

I have reported them and they will probably be deleted. If you have to explain or add something do so in this thread. Unfortunately, freebitco.in has been performing poorly for over a year, and the latest information we have is that it has gotten worse, not processing withdrawals, at least for the time being.

Thanks for corrections, you know as much as more gambling site are being introduced on a regular basis the way we comes across them working effectively. To run down what I am saying is that; any gambling site that doesn't remain active here or quickly help to resolve problems and issues shouldn't be used, just take a look at the site leaving them inactive for while now without at least solving and answering questions requested by gamblers who are also on the knock off should be responded.

There is no need to create multiple scam accusations about the same service or issue because it's not going to speed up anything. Yours is not a special case, as there are a number of complaints about unprocessed withdrawal from the casino

When this takes too long, maybe you should try cooperating with other victims and try pursuing legal means if possible.
