It's an anonymous forum...mostly. Some people were tricked into uploading their identity cards a few years ago by theymos during April Fools, but that's another discussion.
Anyone can be or pretend to by anything they want on the internet. I don't care what gender someone else is here or what pronouns they use. Keep your he/she/they/them to yourself if you ask me.
I like the way you hit it hard, everybody should keep their identity to themselves as nobody gives a thought of who they are. This is an anonymous platform so it should reciprocate it's goals and not deviate. In as much as there is freedom here, if anyone wants to reveal themselves, it's their own cup of tea to take not mine. In the internet anyone can pretend to be whatever they are and you can not tell whom you are onto while engaging with them online till you meet with them one on one.
