Multiple violations?  Unless winning is a violation I've done nothing wrong.  However, after asking for my remaining rollover requirements via email 5x and now here 2x I have yet to get an updated number from you guys.  My silence on how I've been treated will only last so long.  People here are chomping at the bit to get a legitimate review and all you've done is put me off.

I've been more than patient over the past month but I'm getting very close to losing it.  People's tolerances in general will only last and stretch so far.

As you know, we are in the middle of platform changes and upgrades, so it stands to reason we are a bit busy. If you want to figure out your remaining requirements on your own, read our terms and conditions and apply the numbers to your own transaction history or records you've kept on your own. If that does not suffice, then wait patiently until someone can send you your updated figures, or until the automated counter is reintroduced to our transaction page (which is almost ready as we speak).

As far as violations, no of course winning is not a violation, we've paid out millions of dollars in winnings since our inception, but you've made a number of comments in multiple threads that DO amount to violations. I'm not the one in charge of determining whether or not to terminate accounts, but I figured I'd point it out for your benefit before someone else sees it.

WHAT???  Other than to answer one persons question about rollover requirements in THIS thread I haven't posted once since depositing on your site.  Posting history is public record and my last post a LONG LONG time ago.  So as for retroactively punishing someone for something that happened before establishing a relationship...

And as for ME figuring out my remaining rollover requirements.  clearly since i keep trying to cash out and it keeps getting rejected i obviously have no clue whats left.  I've made that very clear both prior to getting my most recent number 4 days ago and every day since with all the numerous emails i've sent to you.  its not unreasonable for me to wonder since i bet ridiculous amounts and i never seem to clear it.  from what i can tell i bet more than everyone else on the site combined.  in fact from what i can tell based on my transaction history its very possible i bet more yesterday than everyone else on the site combined since your sites inception.

i realize you're probably pretty damn busy since there seems to be just you handling everyones issues, however, since i probably account for 99% of the dollar amount bet on your site and 85% of the bets placed its not unreasonable for me to think you might be tracking my every move and have up to date numbers for me.

You have made other comments though, with negative insinuations, so please don't act like you haven't. I know because I get PM's every time you do it. You are not even close in how much of our business you think you account for, like I said we've paid out millions of dollars since our inception just a few short months ago, but that's besides the point and not really relevant. We do not track your every move (well, we do, but it's automated, there's not a person sitting there watching and monitoring your numbers). Personally, I only handle the forums, and very occasionally will take over email support when others are unavailable, so I can't be of much help in this particular issue, but I will make sure someone emails you ASAP with an update. Keep in mind it is the weekend, and like I said, we are working on another big update to reintroduce some of our features back to the new platform (including the automated rollover counter), so it may take some time to get your update to you. I will tell you this though: When you hit your requirement, there's an automated email set up that will be sent to you to let you know.

Thanks for the info. As promised, someone will be in contact ASAP. We do appreciate your patience with all that is going on with upgrades and reintroducing old features back onto the new platform - it's been quite the undertaking!

I understand coinbet. Will you ever be paying for signatures again?

We will be renewing all the signatures that prove to be valuable, we just have to do it as time allows and right now we are extremely busy with our new platform rollout, upgrades, etc. and helping our players become comfortable with the changes and new features.

So will you contact us by email/forum when you decide?

I would suggest setting up a thread so that we (your sig advertisers) can post to prove we are still using the signature and posting frequently. This will save you the time of emailing/messaging everyone person by person. That way all the participants are grouped in 1 thread.

It's not worth the time to manage such a thread because when we tried this, it became overwhelmed with 1000's of people trying to sell us their signatures and we had to lock the thread to stop new people from posting trying to sell to us. We want to renew sigs based on true value from a promotional perspective. This means whether or not we renew is determined by post count, value of posts, and overall marketing value. We ask that people requesting a renewal email us their post count since last payment, a link to their profile for management to review, and their wallet address and asking price. Then, once you've sent that, wait patiently for approval or rejection. Like I said though, you have to be patient - we have more important issues to deal with first and foremost, such as our players, customer service, tech support, our ongoing upgrades, etc.

You could just create a self moderated thread then pick out the useful candidates and then close it off to new joiners when it is full.

From coinbet:

Not even close. CoinBet has bent over backwards for you despite your multiple terms of service violations and we're getting a bit tired of it. Now you go and say something like that, ANOTHER violation of our terms? Where do you think this is going? What do you think happens when you violate terms of service so many times? I'll let you do the math.

I like how asking for your rollover number is a "violation of terms".  Coinbet is the only online sportsbook that threatens to terminate your account for posting in forums..meaning either post something positive or nothing at all!  We aren't allowed to legitimately provide any sort of negative criticism without the threat of our accounts being closed.  I hope everyone seems the problem with this.

* By joining CoinBet.cc, you agree to keep all experience, winnings, losses, payouts, disputes, and gameplay confidential and are forbidden from releasing any information publicly, including but not limited to, message boards, news agencies, forums, blogs, or other websites, without the express written consent of CoinBet.cc. Any information publicized without the express written consent of CoinBet.cc will result in immediate termination of the account in question and forfeiture of any winnings or account balances.

Please direct me to one other sportsbook that has such wording in its terms and conditions.  It's so outlandish that people feel are unable to post their experiences in a "legit" book.

Additionally, who won the 1 million superbowl promotion?  I'd like to think that would be great publicity for your site but I've been unable to track down anything on it.  Only been a few months..

Between CoinBet's responses to BitCoinzRulez, and the outrageous t & c which golfprojosh has pointed out, I will definitely not be playing at CoinBet.

"* By joining CoinBet.cc, you agree to keep all experience, winnings, losses, payouts, disputes, and gameplay confidential and are forbidden from releasing any information publicly, including but not limited to, message boards, news agencies, forums, blogs, or other websites, without the express written consent of CoinBet.cc. Those terms allow CoinBet to take a shot at any player.
"He posted 3 times that he hasn't had his wagers graded for several days - we are confiscating his winnings and deposit balance".

Every business reserves the right to not do business with certain customers.
But not every business reserves the right to steal winnings and balances  when someone exercises freedom of speech.

Thank you CoinBet for making my decision easy.

Coinbet.cc is kaput  Grin .. good luck trying to get your money out  Angry

Why people deposit money to sites like coinbet.cc without DYOR is beyond me.

I've had some (unfortunate) talks with these coinbet.cc guys as they tried to bully me out of my coinbet.com domain with fake trademark certificates and spoofed Godaddy emails. If anybody wants to contact me go through my contact form at coinbet.com/contact

It might have been helpful if you had posted your info in a timely manner.

Coming in after they've stiffed everyone, blaming the people who got robbed, and acting like you knew this would happen all along just reveals you as one more bullsh*t conman promoting yourself.
F off.

I get a virus alert warning when I went to check out your site.
I advise all to NOT go to this guy's scam virus infected site of coinbet.com.
AVOID!
