I am a bit confused.  Are you asking for 1 dollar (like fiat money) or a full bitcoin.  If it is the former, I am really curious as to why you need it.  It sounds like you are trying to start something, but if you only need 1 dollar, it sounds like a way to prove that you have money in an account.  It sounds kind of sketchy, if you want to PM me and tell me I will give you if it's not attempted scamming.

Considering how it's a new account with the sole purpose of asking for a loan, regardless of amount, it is likely you won't receive anything in return even if they win. Takes a few seconds to make a BCT account, and for free dollar? why not?
