I am trying to withdraw 30 chips but I'm getting an "Api error: Error"   message.

Could someone from BitcoinPoker please get me sorted? I would love to stay and play, but there is just no action at the moment.

Please contact us on Live Support or send us an email with as many details as you can (screenshot, error message, etc..) to support@bitcoinpoker.gg and we can assist you.

Thanks.

Hey everyone,

What buy-in tournaments would you like to see today/tonight?

Just an update. We are still working with our developer to get "micro" tournaments/ring games setup.

I'd like to see GTD tournament, you can start it with low prize like 25-100Chip GTD tournament.
I've visited you site several times today, but I did not find other online players even 1..

No free-rolls, no players.

@BitcoinPoker.gg
If you want your site to succeed, you need to be prepared to operate at loss for the first few months and you can't save on promotion and freerolls. You won't make it without it.
making freerolls to get players make sites go down. there is too much people who just chase for freerolls and nothing else

Do you have any examples of a poker site went down because of freerolls?
in my opinion, freerolls will never make a site go down if the site has another interesting offers.
Players will not withdraw their freeroll winning chip directly if there is another chance to make more profit with their freeroll winning chips.
To prevent direct withdraw freeroll winning chip, the site may also give some requirements. For example, higher minimum withdraw especially for freeroll chips, players need to play in the ring games or other buy-in tournaments before they can withdraw their freeroll winning chips, etc.

So, all depends on the site. How they manage to keep their players stay longer.

We just recently raised the minimum withdrawal limit to 20 chips.

We are also working right now on getting "micro" cash games and tournaments setup. We will announce to everyone once these are live.

I would say that the current problem is that there's nothing to do with the winnings of the a freeroll.
Raising the withdrawal limit doesn't really fix the problem. If I really want my 5mbTC I just deposit 15mBTC and cash out 20.

Personally, I would run higher prized freerolls during peaks hours and straight up nothing during low traffic.

We are going to have "micro" tournaments/ring games available very soon. Please be patient. I will let everyone know when these are up. This will give freeroll winners something to do.

How are you going to do that? Are you going to allow tables which have .1 chip bets or just decrease the value of chips, 10 for 0.001 ?

We have been speaking with our developer and he said it can implement it to where anything less then 1 chip can still have a BTC value and we can create "fractional" chip value tables.

Examples:
0.1 of a chip = .0001BTC
0.5 of a chip = .0005BTC

It's really hard to be profitable for a player with a 20% tournament fee/buy-in ratio.

For example, if we take the lowest buy-in tournament I've seen in the lobby (5+1mBTC), it's a no-go for me.
Current standard across poker sites is 10%. If the fee is smaller than the smallest subdivision, they usually just put none.

Yes, we know the standard fee is 10%. We are unable to set it to 10% since we do not have the fractional chip code in place yet.

Until then we have set it to 5mBTC buy-in with no fee.

Thanks.

This is the best poker site that has come out recently i am surprised it hasn't picked up more than it has. I do have to hold back myself because at the moment i just don't have the funds to play them stakes but seeing you are opening up shop for smaller ring games as well i will be with you when you do for them.. Actually i will register to the 5mBTC see if we can't get a game started  Cool

Just checked all tournaments in your site, but no one joined/registered even in the lowest buy-in tournament.
Its not a good condition, you have a very good HTML5 client but you have no active players.
Waiting for your micro-stakes ring games and GTD tournaments. Hope you'll announce it soon.
