Note for people posting false info about possibility of bitcoin denominated Neteller debit card: ..."However, funds deposited using Bitcoin are not available for purchases or withdrawals using your Net+ Prepaid MasterCard®" http://blog.neteller.com/2015/04/14/new-deposit-option-bitcoin/Netteller is useless...

If I can not withdraw my bitcoin with netteler prepaid card, why I will use this service. We need more options and more flexiable usage options. There are more debit card than in this topic's cards for using bitcoin balance. Right?

WageCan https://www.wagecan.comWageCan was founded and registered in Seychelles, and based in California and Taiwan. WageCan provides a bitcoin wallet with interest and bitcoin debit card. WageCan offers interest, that's new! Does anyone know their interest (or Daily Bonus) rate? It's not stated on their website. Thanks

OK just to let every one know. You may want to think twice about using WageCan.
They have very very poor customer service. Here is what happened. I use "NoScript" as part of my security. So I have control over what sites can and can not run JS on my system. WageCan.com set their site to use third party sites JS to even make the login button work. So basically the site was asking me to turn part of my security OFF to even log in and try them. Using a "privet browsing" sandbox I verified that this is the problem with the site.
NO BIG: I have high system security. So I sent the contact email a request to know what sites JS must be enabled for for this error not to happen so I could white list them when using this site.
THEIR REPLY: it was not in English for one. A web translation of the reply was as follows: "Organize one third part of trivializing it other domain feeding. Other 瀏 覽 instrument safety grade very high."
Now translation are never 1:1; but, this is basically is SCREW MY SYSTEM their security is high because they say it is, how dare I ask them how to fix it, and I should turn all my security off to use them.
So basically if you ask them for any HELP: customer NO SERVICE will attack you. Reminds me very much of PAYPAL. Ya most of us use them, but do one of us trust them at all?
It sadly seems that WageCan is the same: in that we can not trust their customer service to resolve problems, even if they are the cause of them. So I would suggest you act accordingly in your dealings with them.

I would be careful about OK Pay after the whole EGOPAY shut down. May be off topic, but do we think any of the guys around today will still be in 20 years? I hear people WARN of the banks failing and you wont be able to get your money... But honestly those of us who have been doing BTC for 5+ years have experienced that and kept going just fine. Mtgox, Liberty Exchange, we could go on. My point on this topic is when you use these services "including debit card" is treat the funds as if they could go poof once in their control. Your contract is not for BTC, but for an IOU they back and plan to honor. Think how much you trust them to do so when it cold hurt them, and act accordingly. Some I trust very much to be the stand up people they have earned them self to be. Others not so much.

Do they ask for any documents before sending the card? I just don't really like the idea of sending my passport informations to one of those companies... Yup, they do for a physical card. 3.1. To apply for a Card You must be at least 18 years old. We will also need to know some information about you before we can issue you a Card. We will need to verify your identity; that means We will check Your identity and where You live. We may use third parties to obtain this information, which may also contain credit checks on Our behalf. I have tried ordering before but they required some identity verifications so I didn't manage to order any. It is different for Virtual cards though, they do not require any verification for that but the loading fee is on the high side.

Is your log in problem a loading circle pops up and tries to load then shows an "error" message? If so try to DL the smartphone app, and see if you can log in there. Here is the thing: they built their site poorly. It is overly dependent on THIRD PARTY sites deliver JS in a timely manor, and at least of of those sites is doing a Browser Ver test. Fail either one because of security that prevents JS from running from untrusted sources or because you are on an older browser, and you can basically do nothing with the site. If this is the "error" you get, and you con confirm this is the cause by logging in on the mobile app: then only solution I have is to open the latest ver of CHROME or FIREFOX in privet browsing with ALL SECURITY OFF. Ya, a security bug that they make some turn ALL security off rather than lock down what the source of the false negative is. But seems to be the only work around at this point.

I don't use any of the cards you referred to in your post. I have been using the ADVCASH Euro Debit card, chargeable with bitcoin and haven't had any complaints.

Shift has launched a cryptocurrency debit card that behaves just like a regular Visa debit card and is connected to a user’s Coinbase account.

I used a Xapo EUR card for two purchases via PayPal. One was nominated in USD, the other was nominated in EUR.
To my surprise both payments were subtracted from the card in Gibraltar pound, so the conversion routes were USD -> GIP -> EUR and EUR -> GIP -> EUR in the second purchase, which introduced seemingly unnecessary fees.
It's unclear to me why this happened and if there is anything I can do to avoid it in the future. Right now my suspicion is that the Xapo debit card somehow indicates GIP is the target currency, which is then picked up by PayPal, but this is just a guess based on the fact that my credit card, which was issued where I live, works just fine with EUR via PP without odd conversions.

As far as i know Xapo and E-coin use the same bank issuer so there are really unnecessary fees as you said, thanks for sharing with us your experience with xapo, but could you see the exchange rate was it the same as in coinbase or coindesk price or even there they took additional fees?
