I'll buy at anything below 100$. Bitcoin's nature is the future of currencies, can't be duped and the transfers time is just too quick.

If you believe Bitcoin is the future of currencies, why wait till it goes to below $100?  Wink
Now might be as good a time to buy as any other time.

$100 is actually a good point, because this would be like minimizing loss if suddenly bitcoin crash, there isnt a guarantee that bitcoin will have a value in the future, so stocking them up now at the range of 240$ would be pretty risky
some people might be a believer, some might be a trader, those who believe bitcoin will rise has been stocking them little by little in either cold wallet or paper wallet

Lol, who says that??? Bitcoins have been here, just a small crash happened but that too didn't resist and BTC have been ~$250 since long time, might be called stabilized, so what actually is the possibility of them crashing???
It always gets a value based on our speculations (and of course, big guys who invest and divest their fiat time to time), so I don't think that the ones who bought the 50k coins in between ~250-300 bucks might let that happen...

And yes, if it can go $100, I bet you will surely see BTC back to $1 once again, as there will remain no confidence in the investors...
Based on my assumptions, I see $250 as $2.5 and an opportunity to still get in early while we can, as who knows when it gets the exposure it had been hidden away from, till today...

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Good and bad. If it drops to $100, that is really a golden buying opportunity that I wouldn't miss but psychologically that would damage the trust people have towards bitcoin because they will see it as not a stable investment. Also if it touches 100 level, essentially that means a massive drop from its high of 1200. But anyway, whichever direction it moves, I would say I'll be prepared for it.

$250 for a long time? not really, its been like 1 month or so

Quote
so what actually is the possibility of them crashing???
possibility of crashing? there is nothing of such possiblity as the current price is manipulated by whales, and also there is no guarantee that bitcoin will not be crashing to $1 in one night either

Quote
so I don't think that the ones who bought the 50k coins in between ~250-300 bucks might let that happen...

and also thats a wrong point of view, no one stocking up 50k bitcoin for such a long time as pure investment, some will be use as a trading instrumental which can cause an upside down to the price chart, and some to be save for future investment

Let's cut the crap. Most of us are just waiting for Bitcoin to finally hit $100 to buy a huge quantity. Am I right or talking out my ass?

That is not cutting nothing nobody is waiting for it to reach $100 those who say they are, are lying and will not be buying in at 100 threw fear that it will go lower and rightfully so.

If it goes to $100 we freefall (bitcoin bubble popped) and it will be bad times for many many people who are still left holding the bags.

I will be out long before $100 but i will be buying back in when ever i feel the trigger should be pulled.

ps, we are not going to $100 stop talking out of your bum bum

The more time passes, the more it seems a remote possibility. Sure we still have room for downside, but with all the hype for the next cycle I think everyone is with their fingers ready to buy.

Yup I'm desperately waiting for that day to come  Smiley But Logically it's not possible and if it does then people would hesitate in investing in it people will not have faith in bitcoins if it falls down drastically so it's better that it's value keep on increasing so that it can be profitable in future.

$100 now i don't  think its possible.. its gonna rise n rise but chances of getting lower its just impossible. So my suggestion for those who are planning to buy bitcoins just buy it right now because you are investing at a right place or else later on you will regret as you wont get at the price that you will be getting today.

the question is, there are more people waiting for double digit to buy, or more people waiting for 1k to sell?

those that are waiting for 100 to buy are willing to dump at 500-1000, therefore they must not be taken into account, when the price will rise, because they will go out early

Yes. Everyone of us is eagerly and desperately waiting for that day when BTC is $100. Just imagine Bitcon @ $100 OMG..IT's gonna be great deal..Everyone will be buying it in bulk and you can sell it later on if the prices hits around $600 or 700 that would be great profit. Smiley

Sweden's Nasdaq exchange has approved a bitcoin-based exchange traded note (ETN), opening up investment in the digital currency to those who do not want to directly purchase and hold bitcoins.

The Bitcoin Tracker One, launched by Stockholm-based XBT Provider AB, which is owned by the KnC Group and is expected to launch on 18th May.

In a statement, Alexander Marsh, chief executive officer of XBT Provider AB, said:

"By enabling this easy and secure way to invest in bitcoin we hope to have eliminated the boundaries that earlier prevented individuals and companies from being able to actively invest in what we believe to be the future of money."

That's Right. Everyone wants that BTC should go $100 and waiting for that day to come. Practically, It's not possible looking at the present scenario it would rise and reach the sky So I think at present it's the best time to invest in bitcoins as in future it would be an costly affair.

It won't, ever...
The stability between $200-$250 shows that this has been set as a ground level for now and so, it won't be possible for it to drop down that much easy...

It is a  ground level and that´s because if it gets stuck considerably below 200 most major mining and with it the blockchain becomes dubious. And assuming that the market believes that bitcoin has a future obviously this won´t happen. Therefore this solid hold above 220 or so. It will stay limp until it isn´t worthwhile longer for the Chinese to milk it and/if some meaningful volume and buying interest comes in.

you should just do what I do, just buy small amounts at a time on a down trend.

so even if it does spike back up, the difference of price doesnt kill you too hard.

Increments like .1 btc amount when you see a $40-50 difference. But, its only to prepare if bigger downfalls thats when you can stab if it does go to $100ish.

If retarded libertarians, anti-fiat kooks and other weirdos of similar ilk would shut up about bitcoin for say a year then maybe the common man would stop associating it with barf bags and some buying interest more than likely come in.
