I think if a business can't handle a little competition, it wasn't a very strong business in the first place. Which is why I favor doing away with "crony capitalism" but not doing away with free market capitalism.

Freedom from being thrown in jail, killed and having your livelihood ruined just because the government doesn't like what people are doing doesn't necessarily mean freedom from consequences. I like Roger Ver's bounty site simply because it'll give people incentive to track down and expose the bad actors so people with common sense will know not to do business with them. "Naming and shaming" does have its benefits.

I am not entirely sure what P2P has to do with AI, unless you mean that AI could be decentralized. Which would make it harder to shut down the AI if something goes wrong.

yes but in fact this where it can lead to, We are going to be the ruin of our own demise because we all wan to make a political statement.  we are going the wrong way about it. Im sure in the end the kill switch will happen and they will find a way to attack P2P that are dangerous or a threat to whomever.

What are you talking about? There are many websites for short or long term dev jobs already, several being older than BTC.

Regarding programming, I'd say the opposite, it's getting more and more difficult as there are more and functions.

The thing is it can't be stopped so you have to deal with it. They've been trying to stop P2P exchange technology since the early 2000's with Napster, and look what they've accomplished: Nothing. In this sense communism won, at the digital level, because everything will be able to be shared for free in the future, completely anonymously to both.

Lol, what law are you gonna pass against decentralized anonymous systems like maidsafe? in the future it will be unstopable. Also you have bigger problems to focus on, mainly: what happens to the world when most jobs are automatized by machines? we'll end up getting welfare anyway.

AI takeover has been 'coming soon' for a very long time. It's more difficult than it may seem at first. I think humans are generally pretty good at detecting inauthentic behaviour and will demand a human element and quality to their projects - I don't think Programming or even Web Design are going to be replace by automated machines yet. The job of web designer may change and be simplified in some ways but progress should push us onto other bigger, better things.

Things are getting out of hand because technology is advancing faster than it can be regulated and integrated correctly.
But that shouldnt stop us from making progress, even if that means that some people will loose their jobs, but i rather believe that the pay for those jobs will be lowered
to compensate, instead of loss of jobs.
With each tech inovation, some businesses were closed, and others emerged from the inovation, same thing is happening with p2p, and decentralisation.

To make an AI, we would have to create a computer that is aware that it exists. This means that you do not program a robot to eat, you let it learn that on it's own.
Humanity won't achieve this soon. Our robotics are lacking and so is software. The technology development must take on a quicker pace if we want this to be done in the near future. By then we would probably be able to digitize our minds or at least be close to achieving it.

Yah that is what I said to people who are looking to buy it, can be used as a great spy tool, Im sure she had a secret meeting to probably let the gov do so.  Spying is illegal.  Why isnt the NSA behind bars?

Also I don't see a "website that can a devs job" coming up anytime soon. Do you know how many programing languages there are? Do you know how complicated it is to build a custom, quality website?
