Mining Bitcoin is not much profit anymore. The best ways is mine other coins.

that was only true until last year, now even altcoin are not profitable(maybe there are some exception, but only at launch, after that you can consider, basically, any alt died)

With little hashing power, I would just mine the new altcoin startups for fun, and see if the price spikes up.
