Don't buy an S1. Unless you have free power, and the miner is free, you won't make your money back!
I suggest you do a more research into good mining hardware and profitability before making any decisions.

Good luck out there!  Wink

Always use escrow. OgNasty is pretty sweet.

Help me out with compiling a list of mining datacenters!

Which hardware is profitable ? What so i ?

What is your electricity price?

With that we can tell if old, new, or no gear is good for your situation.

That is a good rate to have.  I say this first do your own ROI math don't count on others math.

But i would say you can do S3 gear or newer depending on purchase price.  The S1 is just to old to make much back with electricity it uses.

profitable is depend bitcoin price ?

A example is  https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/calculator

You can enter all info  and see if it is positive on ROI.  Keep in mind difficulty cannot be known only guessed.  And it can effect mining very much.

But profit depends on EVERYTHING.  The price you paid for miner, electricity used, if fan's etc for exhust, if you have to buy a PSU.

I would highly suggest using a S3 or newer.  You seem to be stuck on S1.  They are just very old at this point.  And I don't think you will make any money.

But with your low electricity you might with something more modern such as S3 or again newer then that is even better on efficiency.

I think there is a good chance you are trolling me.  I could be wrong.   But I will let others jump in if they feel you need help.

If you are a troll well done you got 10 minutes of me typing.   If you are not a troll best of luck to you.

S1 s useless, why would you buy such an old miner? Better buy some cloud shares if you want to mine. However, in your case I would not buy anything until you read a bit how bitcoin mining works and how mining difficulty adjusts.

DON'T BUY CLOUD SHARES.
NEVER CLOUD MINE.

99% of them are scams. The other 1% are overpriced. I haven't known a single person who has profited in a legitimate cloud mining operation.

okay i know this no longer applies, but back in the day (like end 2013) I put my cex.io referral id in my signature and got like 30GHs of free cloudmining for about 5 months as a result:  my cost??  A few posts here and there - it was a signature campaign before people started offering signature campaigns.

The moral of the story is that Cloud mining is not profitable, if paid for, but is absolutely profitable if its free Smiley

I like to have the hardware on hand where I can see it.   I did do a small amount on hashnest.  It's about only one I trust. (Was a small amount).

But some are horrible scams like ltcgear i think the name was.  They have out "free" shares to people who bought.  If everyone sticks with if it sounds to good to be true do not invest a lot less people would be scammed.

Hardware/physical mining is great especially being able to monitor it but depending on electric costs may not be economically possible to reach an ROI. Cloud mining is very risky with all the scams going but is much easier. So both have pros and cons just do your research.

true and with hardware you can mine or just sell it off to ROI instantly Cheesy
