Domain didn't expire, Azure disabled it due to bandwidth. It will come back up soon.

IS there an open source for the site? Directory.io is down and the only other site I knew was yours and it is also down due to bandwith. Is it possible to share your source or directory.io's source script?

I don't think that you can expect answer from Zeus, he is inactive more than two years

Also as I can see, on his GitHub https://github.com/saracen/directory.io is no update for a long time. I believe the project is abandoned
In my case, I never thinking to use any software which has been forgotten by dev. unless you have enough knowledge to maintain it.

Are you familiar with PHP? If so, you can try and take a look at Keys.lol. It supports both BTC and ETH and you can always open an issue in GitHub/reachout to the developer if you don't manage to run it locally.
