Well thats something we have in common as I am on Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit with pagefile disabled as well.  My pc is also decked out with development software.  Thou I find it unlikely that having pagefile disabled would create this issue but stranger things have happened.

Tested pagefile on and off, doesn't matter,  however there are two different versions of MSV C++  they separate 32 and 64 "x86, x64"

Heres to hoping the problem gets resolved quickly
