Steady volume on Bittrex within a small price range is clearly accumulation. Bots is another sign. Dev is providing regular updates that promise interesting developments. No significant pump has occurred for ICO or heavy hitters to cash out. We are entering another bullish period. The recipe is there for some action in a couple of weeks.

For now, IMO price should have no importance. Cypher have 13 days. Much mined it only to dump (to puch price down -> competitors) or make fast profit (miners).
