Now I don't know if he was someone happy for the news and he thought that the price was pumping hard and 3k was a good entry point and now he's in loss, or he was someone who know something or have some plans, and buy at that moment was part of his plan. Now the price is dumping too hard, the news mades peope sell.
Maybe he's buying more now...maybe we've to wait tomorro to see a bullish trend, ore there will be nothing to do.
