Nice to see some progress finally. Cryptobridge has finally added ECC. Hope to see the complete website by the end of this month. This really reminds me of Tron and Verge when I was watching them at the same position and they exploded to 30 cents.
Ive been burnt before by rushing in on new exchanges. Does the community have good things to say about this cryptobridge? From my experience over last 2years i feel that coinexchange.io is excellent. I would donate to get LTC and Doge markets on ^^^^^^^^ for ECC, are others interested in getting these trading pairs active. I think its a 0.1btc price per trading pair, id pledge 0.05btc towards it.... i personally have no experience with and have never used cryptobridge

Can someone please answer my question. Thanks. All you should need to do is download the new lynx wallet, copy your wallet.dat file to "%appdata%\Roaming\ECCoin", run lynx wallet, download the daemon, start daemon, then wait a few days for the sync. Previous forum posts in this thread should be able to help you further if you have issues. Also, i'm surprised at the growth of the coin. I checked out the whitepaper but I don't think its fully clear what the "end game" of the coin is.

Actutally, I think that should be "%appdata%\ECCoin," shouldn't it?

Copied from SLACK I just voted for ECC on Cobinhood. Anyone who wants this coin to reach the stratosphere just has to do the following. 1. Go to the following link https://cobinhood.canny.io/exchange/p/ecc-coin-listing. 2. Click Register in the top right. 3. Click the e-mail icon. 4. Put in your email (can be one you don't even use regularly as no activation required). 5. Click the 'Up' arrow beside the words "ECC Coin Listing". 6. You're done. Thank you for all your help. We need everyone in this slack to do this.

This project will have a very sweet run in 2018. Heavily undervalued atm! Never seen a dev team being to communicative to its community. The new website looks promising, so do the plans with Saphire! Help us get listed on more exchanges like cobinhood. https://cobinhood.canny.io/exchange/p/ecc-coin-listing

Hey there, first of all, congrats to the new homepage, looking awesome! There seems to be some confusion regarding Staking of ECC. Thus, I would like to know if this mechanism is still active? I tried to find an answer to this question, but opinions seem to vary largely... Post #2762 suggests that the staking option is no longer available because all of the coins have been mined. On the other hand, sources like this URL https://www.reddit.com/r/ecc/comments/7piqxz/staking/ seem to suggest that it is still possible. So here are my two questions: 1.) Is it still possible to generate interest by staking inside of the wallet? 2.) If so - how do I do it? Just activating the "Staking" option via Settings -> Config didn't result in an effect for me (despite re-starting the software as well as stopping and re-starting the wallet). Did I miss something? Do I need to enter some command in the Command Prompt? I'm in it for the long run, so keep up the good work! Cheers!

All right, I see. Thanks for your reply! Then I'd suggest to remove the option from the Config-panel in order not to confuse the users...

If there's no POW nore POS what keeps the network secure? What is the incentive to keep a node running

If there's no POW nore POS what keeps the network secure? What is the incentive to keep a node running I believe that staking is still providing a reward, only to the extent that transfers provide fees (which are burnt). Maybe there is no need for greater incentives anymore, whilst growth and development are ongoing. The movement of speculative money may ensure that the network remains active enough. This is one of the only POS coins to have reached its max-coins limit. Open wallets keep the network running . Nobody knows what will happen, could still fail, but an interesting experiment.
