I wonder, if you look at all Bitcoin securities, if they really are that more likely to fail than others. I mean it is far easier to fund your company using Bitcoin and even in the regular financial world most start-ups simply fail.

Every business can run into difficulties and fail. However, there is a big difference between a business running into difficulties, trying to overcome those and if unsuccessful, fail AND a business which was established with an intention to scam its clients.

Sure, but there are a lot of businesses in the 'regular' realm of companies that have comparably adventurous business plans. But the amount of scamming companies does seem higher, when it comes to Bitcoin, true...

Has anyone invested, what is expected ROI? I ve tried to contact the owner but no response so far.

hmm depends on volumes really. as of now alcurex is slowly rising. i mean the tech is there, but when you are a new exchange not a lot of people(coin community) jump on it. On the outside they say 'is it secure?" but on the inside they just want to join an exchange that has high volume and hope that volume will move over to their coin. Understandable really.

why did i say this? well to tell you that it depends as of now. its kind of random. some times Alcurex has a good week some times is does not.

The profit of shares is  = (Profit fees -server cost )x (Your shares/total shares)

my shares are worth around 1.3 btcs right now. and last dividend i got :
share profit paid
2015-04-05    0.00007281    BTC
2015-04-01    0.00025125    BTC

i think that was a volume of 30 btcs at the end of the week.

So its hard to say really. because of the huge %50 profit shared. if for example alcurex jumps into the same category as an exchange with 100-400 daily btc volume then the pay put would make roi fast. not to mention the worth of the shares. just  week ago they were worth x3 times..



also alcurex is very active in the troll chat in alcurex or telegram. you can pm me questions and i can forward them too

No, it merely sums up the experience I have gathered from watching different companies in the BTC world act and communicate with their investors or customers. AM mostly kept a low profile and was kind of quiet, but they delivered and were honest. A lot of scams, on the other hand, always reassured the investors that everything was alright.
Now it's pretty easy: Every stock seems to be unprofitable, anyways. Just don't go and invest in BTC-denominated stocks.

BTC-based investments/fundings would have to be directly incorporated in existing regulative structures, actually. FIAT companies simply don't just run away, because there actually are repercussions and laws.
