We are working on a long term investment, A commercial timberland in Colombia

Check the info and ask me any questions if you are interested.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1022414.0

Will you be working sustainable by replanting trees after cutting down timber ?
Whats the normal prices prices per ha/acre for timberland in Colombia, whats the salerylevel, fuel costs and such things in Colombia, how does that comepare to other big timber countrys?
Do you have any prognoses of profitabillity for the next five, ten, twenty, fifty years and so ?

Will you be working sustainable by replanting trees after cutting down timber?

This a member driven project, so if at the end of the 10 years the members vote to replant, we will do it, also in any case we will leave 5% of all the lands with uncuted trees.
(This project will gain about 300% of the investement so, even if the members wants to replant, there's going to be some dividends to give to the investors-members)

Whats the normal prices prices per ha/acre for timberland in Colombia
Precio Actual Madera (Usd/m3) - 239.13
But you can check more detailed information here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1i1-DkWfXx0P-lEbMFzyjDo0ItscZv36Rd3ZH6OfUXl8/edit#gid=922610014

fuel costs and such things in Colombia, how does that comepare to other big timber countrys?

This costs aren't a problem, once again check the spreadsheet.
We don't have big funds, so we could yield more profit if we started with 100 hectares instead 10 hectares, also Colombia produces very good wood thanks to the good soil.

Do you have any prognoses of profitabillity for the next five, ten, twenty, fifty years and so ?
We have measured the profitability on a 10 year range.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Agree but let us please stay on topic. Are there any other interesting and SUSTAINABLE BTC project you currently use?

NastyMining will be hitting our 3rd anniversary in a few weeks.  NastyFans is interesting and has become a very diversified project.  I don't believe it will be going away anytime soon.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=86854.0

I do see a bit decreasing trend when looking at your reports. How do you expect this to develop in the future.
Regarding transparency I give you A+. Very few projects are so open and informative.

I can't control the market price, but our product and service offerings continue to develop and grow.

OgNasty is a great person and I fully support his projects.

Too bad I no longer have any BTC miners on his pool (well, nothing to speak of) but I will continue to be involved with any option he's got available. He's one of the few trustworthy people in crypto. Smiley

I checked the website nastyfans.org, but it's a bit unclear to me - is it some kind of cloudmining service or what? You can buy some seats (=shares?) then get dividends based on them or just how it works? Roll Eyes

It should be more clear there.  NastyFans definitely isn't cloudmining.  Seats never expire, don't have costs, and don't depend on mining alone for BTC.

I m more and more interested in staking. I will be testing a few coins myself and report back my results.

Can anyone share their experience with supernet asset? Any ROI data there?

Was interested in staking (but not cloudstaking of course) too lately, but I looked through the coins, wanted to stake HYP at first, but then read through all the stuff and was like ''damn... I'm too late and it's kinda complicated to jump in now with this''.
I stake PayCon at the moment and I'm very excited about it. It's still cheap, so you can grab a considerable amount at c-cex or directly from people that are involved in it (see PayCon thread). It's a relatively new PoS coin with a lot of features aleady, don't be misled by its name or origins... Stake on Wink

PayCon? Very bad name. First it resembles Paycoin and the word "Con" does not help it a lot.

What s the PoS rate and is there sufficient volume to play with it?

The name is on purpose Smiley
Btw it's exactly the name that caught my attention for this coin in the first place. Anyway I've read they are willing to change it if need be.
I think if you grab like 30k-60k you're good to go. The thing is trading volume on exchanges is still low, so you can buy directly from someone, not me though, I am looking myself to stash a few more.

POS Block Rewards
2 day Minimum Stake age
14 day Maximum Stake age

This is fine but market capitalization is next to nothing, 23 BTC in total. I think I ll stick to DMD Diamond, it offers the same stake rate and 20x more market cap. It s important to have large market cap to be able to sell staked coins.

Fair point... But I am among those that believes the price will increase as development goes rapidly and devs seem to know that they are doing.
I somehow missed that DMD Diamond thing at all. Is it popular and would I not be late to stake some? I mean I really like what I do with PayCON and would eagerly expand my portfolio in PoS if I see a good coin.

I think you still can snatch a few k DMD, even though supply has been drastically reduced due to recent PoW reward reduction from 1 DMD to 0.2 DMD per block.
People like to hoard this coin, hamster mentality. Still, market cap is $120k, lots of place to grow.

Hey guys,

I post these questions a lot recently on different forums but I ve not been able to receive a satisfactory answer. Has BTC economy really turned into a sea of ponzies and scam?
Is there ANYTHING worth of investing these days? Anything which might provide sustainable dividend, regardless of how low it might be?

Pls do not post cryptodublers, pyramid schemes, 5% per day ROI websites and similar junk. Only verifiable and transparent options pls.

Nope, nothing.

The only worthwhile investment is to leave the "securities" sub forum and never come back.

Not true. Managed to dig out a few interesting options. Still searching.

Don't be shy, keep us informed. I have lost hope in this after AMHash scam Sad
Not even sure I would be willing to invest anything on havelock platform either... Any other options worth to take a look?

Let me just have a few more days to test the stuff I ve added to my investment list and then I would gladly share everything. I do not feel comfortable enough sharing stuff until I double check potential profitability.
