Low trading volume means when alt whales will want to cash out there will be a terrible drop that will take very long to go up again if it recovers at all. So low volume is the big NO. Even the biggest NO I would say.

Well, I ve been reading this story for a long time, how it s gonna crash, how it s going down. I made a lot of money on DMD Diamond, I m not a whale and being able to sell $30 a day is all I need. I highly doubt any of you whales would be able invest more into DMD in order to get more then $50 per day of staked coins. I do respect your opinion but I m simply saying it can work, on my own example.

Damn, people offer 60% IMMEDIATE ROI on that cloud mining promotion. It s been around for several weeks and there has not been a single complaint. So, instead of constantly repeating the story all alts are scams and shit, maybe you could make some money for a change. There is still honest people in crypto.

Maybe I misread something but I never said I was a whale or smth, I could hardly afford to invest without worrying about losing it to make 30$ a day from staking alone in this coin because I invested spare money in mainly Hashnest then PayCON and a few others like stakeminers already. I meant if people with big money would cashout it would severely affect the price and therefore holdings of others. But imagine if more guys did just like you advised - there would be constant selling pressure because of everybody dumping their stakes be it 10$, 30$ or 50$ a day. Well, but I wish this coin luck and hope there is enough new buyers to dump your stakes on. You are doing pretty good job hyping it on various forums btw Wink

Paycon??? You say DMD Diamond s got low volume and I generally agree but Paycon s had whooping $7 volume in the last 24 hours and a mighty market cap of $ 12,538. Dont you think it s a bit strange to criticize DMD volume from a position of an investor in a coin having $7 daily volume.
Regarding me posting on other forums, yes, I do try to promote DMD wherever I can but I have not posted anything which I do not stand behind and I mostly post DMD statistics and promotions. Btw, there s a huge DMD promo campaign to be started next Monday. Let see how that works.

To stay on topic, maybe you could share your experience about Hashnest here or anything else you have considered investing in?

S5 hashing, interest bearing wallet at HaoBTC. Waiting for S7 announcement. I think the pot coins that are going to be backed by actual cannabis could appreciate a good bit. I am also interested in BC as it is the only alt on Bitcoin Wisdom that has been making new highs.

HaoBTC does seem interesting but I just do not feel comfortable putting my money into some Chinese wallet which can run away in a second. It does offer a sensible interest rate, it does have a credible story behind it but still, all this depends on trusting the guy who s behind it.

No thx, I will not be scammed.

What do you guys think about that new coin that will be created by merging all their previous coins or smth at gorillastake. GorillaBucks or how it's called. They seem to be involved in this for quite some time and know what they are doing, but that dev seems a bit unstable at times, locked his thread at bitcointalk https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1059159.1500 and stuff..

I wish there was. The only decent investment that I have found is Bitfinex (lending BTC/USD there), and I'm not even sure about that one.

How can we expect BTC ecosystem to develop then. If there s nothing we can actually invest in??

The problem is that even when bitcoin entrepreneurs are honest... then they are either no businessmens and do stupid decisions, did not calculate the risks enough and once something goes wrong everything goes down or/and are behaving stupid communicationwise. Dont speak with their shareholders, dont accept good tips and so on.

Its really hard to find good investments but there are. Maybe i should create a thread one day that lists the things that are worth it. Together with the risks involved.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

http://blockscan.com/assetinfo/SPORTARBS

this is a top asset , i made 142% this season with his other asset EPL

About the Asset
Along with tipping on the EPL, I also place virtually risk free bets on many different sports using an arbitrage system.  Whilst successful, it does require a large bankroll to be effective.  This asset will pool the resources of interested investors to reduce the small risk present in utilising Arbitrage systems as well as maximizing the larger bankroll pool.

The bets placed with their results and profits will be held in a spreadsheet for investors to view.  Results will be published weekly via an update.

How my system works
I utilize a number of software services to monitor and place bets.  The only limitations are the time available to monitor the market as well as the bankroll available.

The bankroll is split over a number of bookmakers to ensure that best can be placed where an arbitrage opportunity is identified.

What is arbitrage?
Arbitrage is the process where you bet on all outcomes of a game.  When two bookmakers have sufficiently different odds which allows you to bet on both teams to a point where whatever the result you are guaranteed to make money.

My success rate
I am currently returning between 5% to 20% per month of the bank roll.  This figure depends on how much time I have to dedicate to watching the market for Arbs.

IPO Details
10000 shares @ 0.005 (approx) = 50BTC

Cost   Description
1.25 BTC   IPO Fee (Due to listing at Coinsortium initially)
0.75 BTC   Admin Costs
3 BTC   Arb Software Subscriptions
1.25 BTC   Mobile Internet Connection

43.75 BTC   Bankroll, split between a number of bookmakers
Due to relisting on Counterparty share sales will be in XCP and converted to BTC immediately.

Shares will be sold at 1.25 XCP

Dividends
Where profit has been made, dividend will be paid on the first day of each calendar month

Profit = Current Bankroll – Initial Bankroll (Excluding any bonus balances)
75% of Profit to Shareholders

20% of Profit to Asset Management

5% of Profit reinvested into Bankroll

Dividends will commence once 50% of IPO completed

Asset Buy Back Policy
Asset owners reserves the right to buy back shares on the open market at its discretion when the price to value is below what we feel is reasonable.    Shares purchased off the open market will not be re-issued.

Closing of Asset
At any time should the fund be closed for any reason - Shares will be bought back a price deemed reasonable by asset management

Disclaimer
Trading and Investment in Counterparty through this asset carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of risk can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in any such asset you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading on Counterparty with this asset, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

By becoming an investor you accept you are solely responsible to ensure your investment is legally permitted within your jurisdiction to do so.  You agree the asset owner takes no responsibility in ensuring you are in conformance with any applicable laws and regulations within your jurisdiction.

Sports betting arbitrage doesnt work in a way that it could be possible to reach these profits. Nowadays sports betting websites work together to eliminate these arbitrage opportunities.

I didnt found what you meant with "i made 142% this season with his other asset EPL".

To be honest, reading that from a newbie and adding these high percent values makes it hard to believe what you wrote.

Well if you are looking to invest i would recommend to stay away from any high amount IPO or ico,  mostly from alt coins, if the dev is really worried about the coin he will ask only the minimum amount as a kick start for later taking the same boat as rest of investors, NOT the opposite.

Take a look to my topic if you wanna know what i'm talking about:

Can you explain why that happened? The price was stable for a long time it seems and now it jumped that hard? Any news happened or was that only price manipulation or something like that?

What do you mean what happened? A couple of whales who re interested in 50% stake rate and a coin which is obviously long term investment happened.
No manipulation, no major dumps, this is what people like and this is why DMD Diamond s been around for almost 2 years.

Sorry, but that looks more like pump and dump. Especially when the price was very stable all the time and then suddenly it is rocketing.

Might be that its a good stable coin but i would be feary that the price will drop to the old levels fast.

Here is my public investment portfolio i'm starting.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1100184

I invested a little over 120btc recently into dmd.
Its not really a pump dump in my eyes its a stable coin plus the 50% pos was very appealing.

But feel free to follow my public investment portfolio.

Very few other PoS alts survived their first bday. Also, many other alts are based on premine where devs just wait for the price to go up to unload these premined coins and kill the entire coin.
With DMD Diamond, it s a bit different, this coin has been very resilient to pump and dump, the price s been going up constantly, slowly but going up. IMHO, it s a safe long term investment.
We celebrated the second DMD Bday yesterday, take a look at the cakes. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=580725.msg11870935#msg11870935

Are you one of the developers? When i would hold some coins of them, how would i hold them so that i would stake the most? Simply in my wallet, should i create blocks or use a service that does this. Whats the most profitable way to hold these coins?

We celebrated the second DMD Bday yesterday, take a look at the cakes. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=580725.msg11870935#msg11870935
In case anyone s got any questions about DMD, let me know, I m always glad to help.

Are you one of the developers? When i would hold some coins of them, how would i hold them so that i would stake the most? Simply in my wallet, should i create blocks or use a service that does this. Whats the most profitable way to hold these coins?

That s the beauty of DMD Diamond wallet. All you need to do is to get as much as can/want, place it your wallet and wait for it to age and mint.

Differently from lots of other PoS coins where you need to rearrange you block all the time, follow difficulty so you can start minting when it s low etc.etc, with DMD, all you need to do is have coins and put them in the wallet. The wallet ll do everything else for you and you will get 50% annual stake until the next block halving.

This coin is designed for people who have no time to follow the market constantly and would like to have stable and sustainable PoS income. This is why I like it.
