Just putting this out there, but for a such a small amount you can try virwox (they accept paypal)  The fee's might be an extra 1-2$.  Given that your not a newbie though im sure someone here will probably fill your order

The other guy looks to make $3/$45 which is about 6-7% profit. I will take fees.

I've done deals where the other person has only made 2-3% profit, before.
