Hello,

Apologies for the delay in opening the market. We are still finalising some details that are preventing us from burning the coins.
The market has now been opened (but, the wallet is not available yet for withdraws & deposits). We have also placed a 1 BTC buy wall at the ICO closing price.

Here is the situation regarding the burned coins:

The total amount of unsold coins is 2149174.5549972 BSP. This is currently being held in an escrow by us.

The developer created a "game" where the highest investor will get their coins tripled. However, we did not know about this game, and it conflicts with the original terms of the CFC in which we will destroy all unsold coins.

As you can understand, if we went ahead with this, the total coin supply would be inflated by an extra amount of coins taken from the unsold amount, altering everyones final %. We feel the community will not like to see this go through, however we feel there are some people who bought BSP purely to have a chance at their coins being tripled.

We are here to ask the community to confirm that they knew about the terms mentioned above regarding their coins being tripled based on the developers game thread.

If all the buyers knew and agree to this, we can proceed to process the winners amount and destroy the unsold leftovers. If there is terms which are unclear, we will not be able to process the winners prize.

We are making sure that the action we take is what is in the best interest of the community at large. We hope everyone understands this.

I think that it was announced early enough and after the announcing was not much trouble.

I'm not so happy with this but invested and so did everyone else.

I hope that the whale will protect the coin.

I invested quit an amount in this coin because of the proof of whale game.
Not sure if I'm the biggest shareholder but that is part of the game and
everyone who invested, knew the rules after reading the thread.

The Game was posted 10 days ago and everyone had the chance to decide if he likes to invest or not.

Whether or not I'm the whale I would ask for a partly refund if the rule is cancled after the ICO is over

Its simple, he bought at the last day. that is why yesterday there was only 3.5 btc invested total, and today 20+ btc total.
So instead of the left over coins getting burned, he will take most or all of them through this "proof of whale" trick.

Please stop talking nonsense and read the competition rules, i'm not involved in any self-buys. By your logic i should have bought up to 44, should have guessed 44, then should have refunded myself and paid a bounty to myself ... and so on. We've detected whale's account before opening the markets, he'll get his holdings tripled after three-day extension period passes.

Our Crowdfunding started on April, 6. The games were announced on April, 10. The rules are clearly described & given publicly on the website, on twitter, in the official thread and in the game thread. It wasn't quite hard to read through 4 paragraphs and make own trading decision, especially when you're thinking of investing in cryptocurrency.

We were told yesterday that we had to stick with the contest rules and these were eventually sorted out upon our discussion with empoex staff in irc.

That was a featured game that helped to attract our potential investor's interest and it was quite as effective and exciting as any marketing initiative that is made as to get the important events in front of the new audience. I believe that a PoW game was an added advantage and did bring a greater attention to Bootstrap and this is why after Stack Marketplace comes out we will focus more of our efforts on the PR.
