I paid for 5 miners through minerslab and didn't get anything. I spent more than 11,500 dollars through Bitcoin on this, is there any way you know that i can get my money back?  Cry Cry Cry

http://www.minerslab.com/
You know if they have a public wallet and you have the TX id, you could prove it was sent and try to talk to a lawyer about it.

Post up the details please.
Let us see the address belonging to them and where the coinage goes.

If you really want to know, put up the iNfO, and let the crowd go troll.

Transaction fees go to the pools and the pools decide to pay them to the miners. Anything else, including off-chain solutions are stealing and not the way Bitcoin was intended to function.
Make the block size set by the pool. Pool = miners and they get the choice.

I think its probably an April fools joke. I don't think someone would really send that amount without doing some research about it.

I ordered the 20Ths miner and got this email:

Dear Fubly,

the miner is ready for next day shipping. Delivery will take 2-3 days to your address.

Regards,
Chang Preston

Now I answered that I pay only with L/C (letter of credit)

Waiting for minerslab answer.

Answer:

Dear Fubly,

in this case you will have to buy from an other manufacturer.
We accept only wire transfer and bitcoin. (lease read FAQ)

Regards,
Chang Preston

each time you send a transaction don't forget to use a new address, each time you receive one also!
