Long way to go, sure, but at least it's something! Anyone have any feedback on them?

I've personally never bought or sold on their platform, but I have signed up for their service and reviewed it in detail. I'm happy to see they're gaining some traction, which is very hard to do in this space as it's already overflowing with competition.

Cool site, wish the review sites would gain more traction. Can't find the review though for BitQuick!

Is BitQuick.co available at all the places where LBC is?

It will be hard to reach the status of LBC, which is trusted and running for a long time.
But a competition is always good and will keep LBC on it's toes.

Yeah, but localbitcoin price is higher than bitquick, so it's still cheaper for buyers, but more expensive for sellers.

Localbitcoin is ridiculous expensive, I don't why some people still buy btc in localbitcoin. Maybe it's easy for some criminals to cash out, no wonder it's more expensive.

Been buying and selling on localbitcoin as a seller from a long time, I really feel safe and wouldn't move to a new site just because the rates are a bit lower. Most of the new buyers actually come to localbitcoins through their search. This thread is actually the first of what I am hearing about Bitquick.

Just got mentioned on Coindesk today: http://www.coindesk.com/bitquick-us-cash-bitcoin-market/

LocalBitcoins might feel safe, but they've been hacked multiple times and they still aren't using multi-sig. Bitquick has $250,000 of insurance on escrowed funds and uses multi-sig.

Apparently Bitquick isn't any safer; they ran off with my BTC, and do not answer their order support emails. Only way to contact them is email, no telephone number, and domain registered via Domains by Proxy..... what are they trying to hide?

Also, 2% is too high compared to any exchanges.

True. Another LBC competitor www.100bit.co.in is taking just 0.1% commission on every trade.

Hello,

We understand that this is an old issue, but it seems to have gone unattended and I just wanted to verify that you ended up receiving your funds.

Thank you,
