I did a google search and found this.

BCEXER

They claim that they instantly exchange Bitcoin to PayPal and vice versa.

Can they be trustable?

Quick google search brings up https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=888557.20 - Several complaints so it's probably a scam.

Other then that, not much info can be found about this site. That's a sign to STAY AWAY.

I never heard this exchange, if it is legit, at least I would know it because I am watching this forum everyday.

According to your search result, this exchange should be a scam, OP be careful!!

And I think who wants to find the reputation of one site, the best way is to search it in the search bar. Because the victims would post a scam accusation thread or posts in the forum.
