There was a recent article somewhere but I forgot both its title and the author and also which section it was posted to. And I hate the forum's search function. (And I'm lazy as hell.)

I think it was possibly in Politics&Society or General Discussion and went something like "Would it be possible to build a new global nation based on the Bitcoin economy?" and then some more and more and a bunch of comments.

I need to re-read that article because I think it might be inspirational to my world domination scheme.

no that's not it.
It was more of a hypothetical article and suggesting anonymous identities based on key encryption.
I'll recognize the article when I see it again.

No that's not it either.

I think it did mention the use of a private key (possibly a bitcoin key combination) for use as anonymous ID.
