There's no way you can guarantee you won't charge back and you don't have any previous deals or reputation. There's no way you can buy bitcoins with a reversible payment method like PayPal, even if you disguise it as a "service".

You can have some luck with Western Union if you use a trusted escrow and deal publicly in this forum, not via email or Skype.

And then you can charge back several months after the deal is closed, so dealing "in front of anyone" doesn't help. Besides the fact you repeat "I'm not scammer" seems very suspicious.
Newbie + PayPal + not responding directly about chargeback & escrow + "I'm not scammer" = Be extremely careful when dealing with OP or don't deal at all! A lot of red flags are present here.

You wont have luck with this. You dont have enough trust that anyone will try out your service.

On top... your suggestion to test out your service is of no value. Its not that people fear that you dont send them anything, they fear you send but charge back some months later.

So far that "test it out" is risky on another level too. For sure a scammer would send out small amount. But once the big amounts come in they stop their service. Thats what ponzies do.

While OP might get some bites on his offer, people would be well advised NOT to take him up on it, for the reasons Ecuamobi mentioned.  PayPal + bitcoin + newbie account = Big Trouble.  Only work with PayPal if you have no other option and only if you trust the person sending the PayPal funds.  Even then, you never know if you're going to get scammed. 

I've seen it happen numerous times on bitcointalk, where a trusted member suddenly turns into a scammer.  You just don't know if the person bought a trusted account or if the person is pulling off a long con.  And with a person like OP who suddenly created an account to trade PP and who presents his service with the linguistic skills of the average fetus?  Yeah, stay away from this guy.

It obvious on this thread, too many newbie account ( some are high rank ) that has a red trust which is very dangerous/risky to trade or communicate too. Just let your eyes see and keep on your mind that there are lot of person who want to take advantage on you, specially if the money is involve. This is the nature of people, a sinful nature.

The PayPal charge back time window is 180 days. I believe this is the default time limit for every credit card transaction, in which case the dispute doesn't even have to go via paypal. Bear this in mind if you even remotely consider trading via Paypal accounts.
