They trade in millions but looks like they cannot afford hiring a customer relationship person to answer emails timely.  Waiting weeks for any reply is just so frustrating when the market moves so fast.

Had to drop the lady since she had more troubles than expected for speaking english. Will hire another one later. In the meantime someone else is already helping
