I'm using Coinbase and Circle. I was using Buttercoin but they're done. Are there any others as reliable as these?

For nice volume you could use bitfinex or bitstamp yes bitstamp was hacked but they handled it like pro's and know body lost out so in my book they can be trusted. Take a look at BitcoinWisdom and make your choice from there

I should have said I'd like to be able to do a bank account transfer like with Coinbase and Circle. Can Bitstamp, Bitfinex, or OKCoin do that?

Bitfinex.com - has the largest and trustable volume in BTC/USD Bitstamp.net - also trustable Btc-e.com - USD withdrawal fee is expensive Okcoin.com - I don't think their trade volune is real

May be a little OT but in case you don't need USD as FIAT: Check out BitShares BitUSD ( http://whatisbitusd.com) BitUSD is pegged to the value of real USD. That means 1 BitUSD today will be worth 1 real USD tomorrow, without issuing an IOU. Some highlights: ► Earns Interest - Current Yield 2.08% ( https://bitsharesblocks.com/assets/market) ► No Counterparty Risk ► Blockchain Secure Exchange for BTC either through Shapeshift.io or the internal exchange metaexchange.info

If you are based in Canada or Australia, you can also check out a new site by quickbt.com , which is spendbt.com . I have bought from quickbt a couple of times, and they are trustworthy .
EDIT: I have never sold yet on spendbt, and just saw they haven't activated in Australia yet, even though quickbt is. And currently they seem to only sending the money to - Canadian Visa Credit Cards & Canadian Reloadable Visa Prepaid Cards
