I'll send 2 free bitcents each to the next 5 people who post an address. As long as you promise to use them for good, not evil.

Or any generous soul is welcome to send me some BTC at 18i8sD4CBRENyhv2R1kNSQc8cvz6YRur9t

I'm always a day late and a BTC short....)

Thanks for any donations sent to:  1P4wxL7f3UCFh3CNBnfXS3jqtN4kDcJNs4

-> More ppl would be interested in bitcoin
-> They eventually buy and spread about Bitcoin
-> More "Need" is created as more ppl is in Bitcoin community
-> Bitcoin value increases

You get a notification from your client almost instantly if you have downloaded all blocks and your client is running. A balloon.

I have a theory why people give away coins so easily--- because bitcoin doesn't feel like real money to most people. It feels fake still because never in the history of mankind could "money" be spent so easily and so quickly. That's a feature AND a bug, a bug for people who are ignorant and toss their money around on credit cards thinking they can chargeback later.

Bottom line, 10,000BTC was bet for an opinion. That doesn't happen in USD.

I think people are so kind giving away lots of coins free, why don't they just keep then and use them?

Do you mean the sites that give away 0.0001 BTC? That is only worth 1/10 of a cent and they get paid when people click on the ads.

And yet despite us doing the work a lot of the time we get hack attempts, (I have noticed 4 on my site). Or people who farm from proxies (That is what sinks most of the faucet sites)
