BFL,

I have made several attempts to get a response on two orders I made. Due to the lack of transparency I would like to cancel both orders. I hate to have to resort to using the forms but I feel like I have no choice. Can someone please help me address this issue.

Thanks,
Bitblazing

Are you guys using office@butterflylabs.com? I tried early on to start a dialogue on contact@butterflylabs.com and received no response after a month. Within 24 hours I had a response from office@butterflylabs.com, so if you haven't tried that then give that address a shot. Otherwise wait to see if BFL responds here.
