i can still log in, but they (the hacker) changed my eMail and BTC-address.

i can't change it back, because i need a verification code, wich is sent via eMail (to the now wrong eMail).

how could anyone chnage that without the code from MY email first ( i got none).

and even if i had that code: there is now possibility on the website to change the eMail.


i wrote the support (eMail, pm, ticket via website).

Yes Guys! Same thing happened to me too. My account profile has been modified without my permission. I have sent an e-mail and waiting for a reply from the support staff. I hope it is just a glitch and not a scam tactic.

over 2 BTC already (wich means over 20 BTC accounts of earntomorrow hacked).

i hope too that it is a hack and the support rights it.

TIP: make all ur deposits 100% compounding and deposit ur balance completly.
so ur balance to withdraw is 0 and will not increase.
once this is solved u can change the compounding back.

Wanted to change you bitcointalk account, well no one can change mine, the email address I signed up with here, is a masked mail, whenever I want to hide my mail from prying eyes I mask it... does not even look like an e-mail address.

Even though I am not using these browsers at the moment, I copy  the masked email to log in.
Have a little gander at this plugin, I have been using it for about five years with no problems, all adds to your security and stops you you e-mail and passwords getting hacked, I must add you can have quite a number of masked mails if you want.
Just trying to help the good people here.

P.S. Make a copy of your masked mails, even though they are stored in your Albine account, you can upgrade also but I have the free account which is good enough for me.

i got only standard answers from them until now.

i just want 2 simple things:

- change the eMail address to what it was, when i signed in
- change the btc-address to what it was, when i signed in

until this is solved i can't withdraw --> not paying
