When I go to mining.bitcoin.cz it gives me an error. 

502 Bad Gateway

nginx/0.7.65

I appear to still be accepting mining shares but can't see what is going on with the pool because of the site being down.   :-(

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

It's slow/sometimes fails to load for me.
As we slide down the banister of life, this is just another splinter in our ass.

Yes, website was down for +- 40 minutes. I'm sorry for troubles. Mining worked all the time.
