New Thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1221672.0

Link: https://www.DustDice.com

We decided to take a more visually-driven approach to traditional dice sites: As
you bet, you watch your balance go up and down.

  • Green = win
  • Red = lose

Here's a quick rundown:
  • Mobile Ready
  • Keyboard driven betting (use your arrow keys)
  • House edge: 1% (or less!)
  • Investment System
  • Users, bets and funds managed by MoneyPot.com
  • Provably fair, and checked after each bet
  • Invest in the house, through MoneyPot.com

DustDice is the first app that implements the new MoneyPot API, it's in an early state right now now, but we're improving fast.

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

I really like the visual aspect. I would like to see an "auto" though.

We decided to take a more visually-driven approach to traditional dice sites: As
you bet, you watch your balance go up and down.

  • Green = win
  • Red = lose
  • Gold = Jackpot win

Here's a quick rundown:
  • Mobile Ready
  • Jackpot: Pick your own jackpot size, and have a chance to win on each bet
  • Keyboard driven betting (use your arrow keys)
  • House edge: 1%
  • Investment System
  • Users, bets and funds managed by MoneyPot.com
  • Provably fair, and checked after each bet

DustDice is the first app that implements the new MoneyPot API, it's in a beta state right now since the underlying MoneyPot API is in beta mode, so bet accordingly.

Can i ask about the withdrawal if its instant? How many confirmations needed for deposit to be credited? Is there a faucet to try it out?

It's an interesting idea, really innovative, we don't have visual dice before, rollin visual rolling is cool, you two have different visual ways.

I think your site will be very popular because moneypot running is successful, you will attract many fans here.

Right, you are very careful! 1% house edge should be <49.5 and >50.5

But from the graph it shows 1-49 and 52-100, shouldn be 2% house edge.

From the FAQ:

Quote
However, the house edge is 1%, not 2%. This is because we use the 1% as a chance to win the jackpot. For instance if the jackpot is 1 BTC, your probability of winning it is: wager/100/(wager + 1 BTC)

Well spotted, but there's also a jackpot. 1% of your bet goes towards winning the Jackpot at pure odds, which makes the house edge actually 1%. For instance, if you set the jackpot to 0*, you'll win it every 1 in 100 games. So you have 49% chance of doubling your money, a 1% chance of getting your bet back, and a 50% chance of losing. Which works out as a 1% house edge. Or you can set your jackpot to a much more substantial amount, and have a nice win when you hit it.

More details of this are in the FAQs.

* We currently don't support a 0 bit jackpot, the current minimium is 1 bit. Although that's something I can change if you guys want to win only your bet back

Yes you can, just login to the sites, create account, deposit and play

quick heads up for ryan, it seems like the dustdice is taking up whole of my browser page, will it means that there will be no chat feature for it?
and also what does the jack pot means, is it a multiplier of my wager or is it a number which I need to hit in order to get the jackpot?

You can play, but it's still a bit experimental. You need to register an account on MoneyPot.com to play, you then authorize the DustDice app and deposit some money =)

We're going to add a jackpot, but we're still deciding how it'll fit into the design.

The jackpot is just how much money you'll make (plus your bet back). A jackpot of 1 BTC, means if you hit it, you'll make a 1 BTC profit. The larger the jackpot you try win, the lower probability you'll have of winning it. As our bankroll increases, you'll be able to win bigger and bigger jackpots.

I'll create a techncial explanation of how the technical part of that works, and how to verify it as part of the provably fair. =)
