I read through this and I'm still not sure why you can't acquire the extra stickers that were destroyed, holograms are just elaborate stickers with print on them.  If your hologram manufacturer isn't willing to replace an extremely small percentage of your previous larger order, I would think that to be an internal issue that needs to be resolved.

Maybe it's a cost thing, but I would expect a plan would have already been in place if sticker placement went awry or the final sticker had printing errors on it.

In any case, I am looking forward to my website ordered coins but I wish the best of luck to users who bid higher on the earlier numbered ones.

We had a plan in place, just like I outlined in this post. We've never had a hologram error from the manufacturer side and in that case we would have asked about how fast can we get a replacement (as that would be on them) and then decide based on that.

I dub this hologram issue "Sticker Gate 2016". Had there not been any presales I would say no big deal, but now it is sort of a mess. This is why presales are always a bad idea.

First customers have already received their coins. We will update better tomorrow about shipment rest of preorders, but it looks very good at the moment for finishing with shipping tomorrow. It's 10 PM here and both packaging and shipping is at full speed. Tracking number is sent via email at shipment.

Shipment with serial number A1 was sent Monday 14th. However, a mistake of forgetting to contact the customer on shipment was made, which has now been fixed. Thank you for your understanding and my apologizes on behalf of our full team.

edit 18/3: great support from Denarium, I had some additional questions and they responded very fast. All my coins are on their way !! can't wait to receive them. I will post pictures of course

Today I got a parcel. It took me an hour , clean up this mess.
I do not know why one part 0.10 is the white paper certificate and the rest of the coins red paper box.

Yes, all of the different coin types have different packaging. The 0.01 and 0.10 have the regular envelope packaging, Custom coins have the new red packaging that can be used in physical stores and the 1 BTC coins have a unique packaging as well.

If one orders without the individual packaging (which is 0,90 € per coin), we deliver only the coin in a capsule. In that case the capsule will have a sticker on the other side which has the public address as text and as a QR code.

Received my 1 BTC & other coins yesterday. 
Just saying this for any of those who are still waiting for the shipment of their pre-ordered coins.

However, it was not delivered by UPS although this was the shipment way that I had selected and paid for.
It was delivered by GLS.
