Just search free web hosting. Every web host online includes an Apache server.

The trade off is:

Limited bandwidth
Limited database
Advertisements (sometimes)
Your domain name would normally be a sub-domain such as: http://test.weebly.com
You would have a set, average visitors per month, or the domain would be cancelled.
May not include other server-side scripting languages
Php version may be outdated

The disadvantages continue.....so on, so forth..........

yes they do
see "the no ip website" will redirect to your ip address and your wamp will broadcast your website very easy with no adverts no paying for anything just your internet provider that you already pay for

currently i am using hostinger.in but when my site get alot of hits...then they banned my site and redirect it to their homepage for 10 hours

I would never give away free hosting to somebody i didn't know, unless i was 100% sure i would make more $$$ giving it away for free, then i would make selling it...

I've known freehosts that redirected traffic from certain countrys, installed popups/popunders, forced headers/footers, redirected 404 traffic, sold email-adresses from their webmasters, forced their webmasters to be active on their forums (free content creation for SEO purposes),...

In the end, they either go bancrupt and you face downtime, or they take away a big part of your business and redirect it to an affiliate link of their own.

If you're not paying for a product, you ARE the product...
