Hopefully more filehosting sites will get on board as it's the perfect payment system for them with processors like Paypal and creditcard companies ditching them due to pressure from Hollywood/America. I think this financial censorship will only get more prevalent as time goes on.

No matter what kind of merchants are starting to accept bitcoin payment, most of them just use payment processors like coinbase, bitpay etc and dump the received bitcoin payment to fiat money right away. It just crashes the price.

No it doesn't. This is just a misconception and if it was true then you could say exchanges are crashing the price too. Money is constantly flowing in and out of bitcoin and more merchant = more demand. If what you're saying is true the bitcoin is doomed because people are always buying and selling coins for cash so you might as well get out now because bitcoin won't be going anywhere.

If you think that way, then according to you, Bitcoins must never be accepted by any merchants, is it??? Tongue
Lolz... Here we speak for its adoption, and when it gets adopted somewhere, we start complaining that they are dumping...
Do you think they get so many coins to just dump???
Don't they have brains that if they dump, they will themselves ruin the opportunity not just for everyone but themselves too... Tongue

would be nice to see all merchants who sell digital products to accept bitcoin. i can't think of a reason why they shouldn't start accepting it directly.

I'm not familiar with dropbox but it's just a filehosting site like mega/mediafire etc. I've been using them for a while but never needed to have a premium account as the files are very fast to download and there's not much wait between downloads. I can download a film in less than ten minutes then wait another 15 minutes and can download another so I don't see why anyone would need a premium account to be honest.
