Feminism is a joke.   They only want things to be equal when it is advantageous. 

That's not just feminism to be fair.  Everyone wants equality when something is working against them, whereas when the system leans in their favour, they somehow don't have a problem with it!
I wonder how many of these feminists would be happy to lose their job due to affirmative action of someone else?

Maybe I just see things through my white male glasses, but I don't see that anything is holding women back, except biology, and that isn't going to change anytime soon.

I meant that women can bear children, men don't.
That means that if the human race is to continue, women will have to have time off work to have children, this will slow their career progression.

There are also other biological differences between men and women, whether they affect career progression is questionable, many think women are better as they are less cut throat, some thing being cut throat is a positive thing. 

Then they will be having only one option...not have children at all. Or they can hire surrogate mother to conceive their babies for them.

There are differences in brain functions, that's why males and females show very different performance in certain tasks. Women are also used to be smaller and weaker than males so a man are more suitable for tasks where strength is important.  That's all biology.

I also just realized something that happened to me on the grade before first grade was horrible treatment.

A girl hit me in the face, I gave her the little finger (didn't even know shit at that age). And I got punished for it.

It's really horrible, where I live , most government jobs are taken by women. So you are literally paying your taxes so that they can get their jobs.

Teachers, gov office clerks, nurses, doctors, lawyers, accountants, notaries, bar workers , restaurant workers , all of them, all of them are women. And of course a lot of pensioner old women, because the old guys die fast, and only old woman widows remain with all the moneys.

Men are very unemployed, can you believe this shit? Luckily the divorce laws are not that horrible , yet, but it's just horrible.
