Hi Forum Users,
Today we would like to present you something completely new. We are probably the first Bitcoin exchange that allows user to make a fast, in cash withdrawal from ATMs. Available withdrawal amounts are: 100, 200, 300, 500, 1000 and 2000 PLN.

To ensure a high level of security, payments have a two-stage verification process.
Up to half an hour after your withdrawal request you will receive an email with a PIN number and SMS with a code. Go to the nearest ATM (the list availble here http://www.halcash.pl/pl/znajdz-bankomat/index.html). On an ATM's desktop select "Withdraw cash without a card." Enter your phone number, PIN from the email and a SMS code. Pick up cash from an ATM machine.

Withdrawals from ATMs are available daily from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.  The cost of withdrawals is 10 PLN (for amounts 100 - 1000 PLN), or 20 PLN (for 2000 PLN).

More information about a new service available at our FAQ page:
https://bitbay.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/5000678452

We invite you to try the new service.

Hi,

From now on there is a new two-factor authentication "email" on our platform.
You can enable it in the "Settings" tab. While login or confirming operation, the system will ask you to enter an authorization code. The code will be sent in a message to the user's email address. The message will contain information about the type of an operation. For example, while making a BTC withdrawal you will see the amount of BTC and the wallet address to which the funds will be transferred.

Currently, this option is already on for confirmations:
- FIAT Transfer verification
- BTC/LTC transfer verification
- Order placement confirmation
New 2FA is now optional for login. It will replace Rublon 2FA on 20 July.
We invite you to test this new feature.

If you are making a deposit on your BitBay account you should use details on bitbay.net website (Deposits tab). The iban (account numer) isn't unique. The transfers are recognized by the transfer title.
