I deposited some IEC on C-Cex about 4 hours ago and it still hasnt confirmed.
Currently there are 4 of 7 confirmations.

Is this a C-Cex problem or is the problem somewhere else?
I sent a support ticket and still waiting to hear back from them.

Yes! I did some investigation and no found a reason proving that this coin a scam. A lot of projects in the real world are related to this coin. Too complicated to be just a scam.

We will relase new wallets till 25.5 (maybe sooner) all our services (pools,exchanges etc.) will have link to download wallet 2 days before relasing in hands, so when we will relase update all our services will be ready, we've also pick HardFork block, it will be block 15 000( this may be changed, i will look 3 days before relasing into blockexplorer and i will choose best block to use ... it will be block 1X 000, when it will be changed from 15 000 I will make here big annoucnment).
