I want a tool that when I press etc. space my mouse courser becomes a tool I can draw arrows and lines with. Just like paint, with a "live background". So if I draw a line this will be at my screen to I press another button to clear lines.

Why don't you just use Snipping Tool, take the image and draw. Or save that image, and draw lines in MS-Paint?
Pressing del will remove the line too.

Why don't you just use Snipping Tool, take the image and draw. Or save that image, and draw lines in MS-Paint?
Pressing del will remove the line too.

I think that would be very handy when you are screen recording.
Some screenrecorders have that feature, go search it ln the internet. Such tool may exist, but will most likely be detected as a virus because it forces to change the screen.

you can use processing to do this, if you need help let me know
