It's amazing how these guys keep burying themselves deeper. They're going to need more shovels for the next scandal...

I would've expected him to deny it and say that the emails were faked or something. It's surprising to see him admitting something, maybe someday he'll confess that he's an absolute scumbag? Tongue

Yup. It'll be fun to see if there really was any Money Laundering involved in all this. If Garza is helping ISIS or something then that'll be BIG NEWS.

No, he's not. He's still at large, with his cat, and he is still billing gox for webhosting services.
Garza is in the US, which basically means he only has a very slim chance to escape.

Amazing how they get away with such big scams and never get anything serious done. they should be locked up or to be fined 10x the amount they shammed and refund everyone  very doubtful but as old saying goes with shit like this. You win some you lose some you take the risk you take the risk.

Josh is going to jail for this. No one can tolerate scammers playing on other people's sympathy for the 911 tragedy.

That for a start. Scamming millions of dollars from people and operating a ponzi is also crime.
I have no clue how he is still at large. The evidence is present, Homero can't escape.
